"Everyone should have a few quick and easy dishes to make before company comes." Beatrice Trum Hunter shows how to make a crustless cheese and onion pie, assembling most of the ingredients in a blender. She then shows how to make a pizza using a whole wheat dough layered with cheese and tomatoes and sprinkled with spices.
