The savings and loan scandal is the worst financial disaster since the Great Depression and will cost U.S. taxpayers an estimated $315 billion. FRONTLINE investigates Charles Keating, Jr., and the role politics played in the $2.5 billion failure of his Lincoln Savings and Loan.
