- Program Description
Broadcast on October 19 and 26, 1982 Anthony Skipling is separated from his wife Doris. He is a precise little man, obsessively methodical in his habits. He meets a naturalist on the train who leaves him with a tape recording. When Skipling listens to the tape, he hears his own name mentioned...and a plot to kill him on a certain date. When he tries to play the tape for the police, the conversation is no longer on the tape and they dismiss him as paranoid. The next day, Skipling sees the naturalist falling from the train, apparently dead - but the police cannot find a body.
