Author of The Natural Foods Cookbook (1961) and The Natural Foods Primer (1972), Mrs. Hunter capsulizes her twenty years experience working with natural foods in these "mini how-to" programs. Series release date: April, 1973

Program Description

Beatrice Trum Hunter demonstrates a simple method for making yogurt at home. She shows the three steps involved -- heating the milk, culturing it with a bit of yogurt obtained commercially or from a friend, and then incubating it long enough for the process of fermentation to happen and the liquid to thicken. She suggests saving a bit of yogurt to use as a culture in the next batch you make.
