In this two-part program, the eccentric adventurer and composer David Fanshawe takes us from the highlands of New Guinea to the islands of the Pacific in search of pure, original sounds of the region's indigenous traditional music. His energetic travels and explorations are a joyous musical journey, a delight to the eye and ear.
