MBTA Findings A report released this morning on the MBTA found that the agency has left more than 50 critically important safety projects unfunded because of debt. The report is generally uncritical of MBTA management, but places most of the blame on a 2000 change in the way the MBTA is funded. Guests: David D'Alessandro, Authored MBTA Review.
