Program Description

"Patti LaBelle, Edwin Hawkins and the Boston Community Gospel Choir" -- Patti LaBelle dazzles audiences with the scope of her musical versatility as she performs a selection of favorite Broadway numbers and, accompanied by the Boston Community Gospel Choir, traditional and contemporary arrangements of gospel hymns. Gospel legend Edwin Hawkins joins LaBelle for ensemble performances of the classic "Oh, Happy Day" and "I Need to Pray." Keith Lockhart conducts.
