- Series Description
FRONTLINE is investigative journalism that questions, explains and changes our world. Since 1983, FRONTLINE has served as PBS's flagship public affairs series. Hailed upon its television broadcast debut as "the last best hope for broadcast documentaries," FRONTLINE's stature is reaffirmed each week through incisive documentaries covering the scope and complexity of the human experience.
- Program Description
For over a quarter of a century, Frank Ragano kept many dark secrets. Ragano was an intimate friend and lawyer to teamster president Jimmy Hoffa, and attorney to Santo Trafficante, one of the most feared mafia bosses. Now he's the first mob lawyer ever to go public with what he knows. This program examines Ragano's accounts of mob involvement in CIA plots to kill Fidel Castro and probes Ragano's allegations that the mob orchestrated the assassination of John Kennedy and the murder of Jimmy Hoffa. The program also explores Ragano's motivations for now going public with his story.
