For 20 years, Oxford-educated Dennis Howard Marks was responsible for running an international drug market that shipped marijuana from Asia to Europe and the US by the ton. FRONTLINE tells the story of a man who believed he was too smart to be caught and DEA agent, Craig Lovato, determined to prove him wrong.
