Program Description

Beatrice Trum Hunter shows how to triple enrich your unbleached flour by adding milk powder, soy flour and wheat germ to it. She suggests improving the quality of your baked goods by substituting this Cornell Mix where you recipes call for flour. She suggests you also experiment with different shapes and toppings for your baked goods.
