Series Description

WGBH launched Grater Boston in January 1997. The Monday-Thursday evening compendium "explores the life and time of our region." It serves at the centerpiece of WGBH's revitalized local public affairs mission. Hosted by Emily Rooney, other contributors included John Carroll, Chuck Kraemer, Charles Taylor, Madge Kaplan, Lou DiNatale and William Kovach among others. Greater Boston is produced by WGBH's local production team.
