- Program Description
Examines the Vietnamese refugees arriving by boat in Hong Kong through the experiences of 18 people who arrive on a single boat. Follows them as they are processed through Hong Kong immigration and details the enormous numbers flooding this British outpost which is a cluster of 236 tiny islands clinging to the mainland of China.
