Dealership Closings Chrysler announced last week that it is cutting 789 dealerships nationwide, including 12 in Massachusetts. A day after Chrysler announced its cuts, GM announced that it is cutting 40 percent of its nearly 6,000 dealerships nationwide, including at least 12 in Massachusetts.
