Dr. William Castelli of the Framingham Heart Study Research Center hosts a discussion designed to separate fact from fiction about heart disease and present the latest information on how to prevent, recognize, treat and cope with heart ailments. Dr. Herbert Benson (author of "The Relaxation Response") will lead the audience in relaxation techniques, and humor therapist Loretta LaRoche will offer tips on using humor to alleviate stress. Audience members are encouraged to take part in the discussion, which WGBH taped for broadcast for PBS stations nationwide. Takes place Tuesday, July 12th from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the ARCO forum, John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
