New England Begins
Program Description

Actor Sam Waterson narrates New England Begins, a revealing and often surprising half-hour documentary that explodes the old, dour myths about Puritan life. Based on the Boston Museum of Fine Arts landmark exhibition of utilitarian and artistic objects from 17th century New England, New England Begins offers insights into a culture that was literate, worldly, and full of life.
