The Boston-based Victory Garden (w/ Roger Swain) is located at a private residence; Victory Garden South is at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia; Victory Garden West is at Roger's Garden Center in Corona del Mar, California. Program Description

Peter and Marian visit the island of Madeira off the coast of west Africa, to examine the gardening technique of the inhabitants of this mountainous and rocky landscape. Marian visits Reid's Hotel to see how a local fish, espada, is prepared.
