Special correspondent is Holly Shimizu. The Boston-based Victory Garden (w/ Roger Swain) is located at a private residence; Victory Garden South is at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia; Victory Garden West is at Roger's Garden Center in Corona del Mar, California. Southern correspondent Lucinda Mays shows viewers the latest changes taking place at Victory Garden South, located at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Back north at the Suburban Garden, host Roger Swain plants the fall cole crops and gives tips on checking for mid-season tomato pests. Chef Marian Morash makes an exotic Pad Thai with snow peas.
