Program Description

Peter and Marian are in Brussels, Belgium -- Peter travels out to the country to see how they grow and harvest belgium endive. They both visit the Scholteshof Hotel where Peter visits the gardens and the wine cellar while Marian visits the kitchen where the chef prepares belgium endive salad and soup.
