Renowned chefs Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray, authors of The Rogers and Gray Italian Country Cookbook and proprietors of London’s famed River Café, share their passion for Italian farmhouse cuisine—cucina rustica—in this new event, taped at the WGBH Studios. Along with travel adventure moments from their popular Italian Kitchen series, Rogers and Gray also present their cooking tips as they prepare simple yet sumptuous Italian faves, including a thick Tuscan bread soup with basil and tomato, seared salmon with zucchini fritti and anchovy rosemary sauce and chocolate and raspberry sorbets.Delicioso! (Note: WGBH Radio’s own Ron Della Chiesa will be on hand to sample the fare!)
