Inside ITEST
Series Description

The Innovative Technology Experiences for Students and Teachers (ITEST) program — including more than 120 projects across 37 states — helps young people and teachers build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a technologically rich society.

Inside ITEST features an introductory video and six inspiring profiles, along with "Voices from the Field" short videos submitted from across the country highlighting aspects of local projects.

The program was established by the National Science Foundation in direct response to the concern about shortages of information technology workers in the United States. It funds projects for both school-age children and teachers to build their skills and knowledge. The ITEST program also funds a National Learning Resource Center to support, synthesize and disseminate the learning from the program to a wider audience.

Inside ITEST is a production of WGBH Educational Foundation in collaboration with The ITEST Learning Resource Center at Education Development Center, Inc.

Inside ITEST is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, DRL-0736487.
