President Gerald Ford address, Tulane University. 1. Ford says America can regain sense of pride, must end war, move on, and improve country. Note: sound bad but usable; audible background hum throughout. (Tabbed 35' - very good. ) 2. Ford says events in Indochina tragic, but although we have not succeeded here, we have succeeded elsewhere, still strong. Vietnam's fate in their own hands. (Tabbed 50') 3.
