Hosted by LeVar Burton - three eight minute films per half hour program. Each film about a kid from different parts of the country, ethnic groups, interests. Second season had two films per half hour. Aimed for audience ages 9-13. Featured the languages, families and achievements of minority kids across the country. Series release date: 9/1976

Kelly Robinson, Los Angeles California -- teen girl member of “ Flying Souls “, first all-black trapeze troupe, still a trainee, Kelly has already accomplished a double somersault;
Michael Ray, Santa Cruz California -- 12 year old bicycle enthusiast, living in non-traditional earthy / farm home environment; Repairs bicycles and takes long-distance bicycle trip of the northwest with a group of kids from the “Traveling School”. Steve Meyers, director of the Traveling School is included in this piece.
The Franco Brothers, Mexican American teenagers from Sunol California train for, and participate in La Charreada -- Mexican style rodeo. One brother trains to play football.
