This program explores the wonderful diversity of life rooted in the accumulation of tiny errors in DNA. From Africa to Hawaii, such mistakes lead to the critical genetic diversity that allows organisms to adapt to changing conditions. Without them, life would never have advanced beyond its primitive beginnings.
