Hubert Humphrey says: "If I lead this country, I mean to be President, I'll have my own ideas, etc... Hubert Humphrey is his own man... I'm never inarticulate and sometimes I have a good idea." Humphrey protests too much. (Date and place are queried because these two clips break up a 6/20/68 Clifford press conference. Probably OK.)
