- Program Description
Time Magazine Time has announced it will comply with a court order to deliver Matthew Cooper's notes to keep him out of jail. Announcement came after Monday's Supreme Court decision not to hear Cooper and Judith Miller's appeal. Cooper faced contempt charges, jail time if he continued to refuse judge's order to cooperate w/special grand jury. Magazine said it "strongly disagreed" with Supreme Court decision, but that it accepted it as the final word. Fan Pier Boston Mayor Tom Menino sent a letter to the BRA saying he was disappointed the Fan Pier remains undeveloped.
