Entwistle Sentenced This morning, Neil Entwistle was given two mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole after being convicted of murdering his wife and baby daughter. Guests: Gerry Leone, Middlesex District Attorney
Mass. Alimony Reform Mass. Alimony Reform and the 2nd Wives Club want to clarify divorce laws and end the practice of lifetime alimony sentences. A recent op-ed in The Boston Globe reports that while the state's alimony laws are gender-neutral, the vast majority are men paying women between 30 to 40 % of their gross earnings.
