Program Description

Georgina, who comes home exhausted each night from scrubbing floors, nursing elderly women, and being ordered about by both the patients and the supervisors, is finally told by the matron that she has the makings of a nurse. Rose becomes a part time conductorette on a bus, and James is allowed to return to his regiment at the front.
