Program Description

Julia demonstrates a menu especially suited to friends who love to cook and like to join you in the kitchen. The “UFOs” are rock cornish hens, and Julia demonstrates a new method for “broil-roasting” the birds with wine, garlic, and cheese, and serving them atop a crusty brown cake of straw potatoes. Sliced oranges layered with blueberries make a beautiful dessert, topped with candied slivers of orange rind.
