Julia Child Memories
Program Description

Pledge Special: Broadcast in 2005 This program combines black-and-white clips of Julia Child in The French Chef — complete with Child's humor and even some bloopers — and interviews with friends and coworkers. Russ Morash, the producer and director of The French Chef, joins chefs Jacques Pépin, Sara Moulton, Gordon Hammersly, Jasper White, and Lydia Shire. They all talk with warmth and admiration about Julia as a friend and mentor — her approach to food, her inspiration, and her place in culinary history.
