Lately, psychologists have found that some people in the highest stress situations live long, happy lives. These "hardy" people seem to possess a cluster of characteristics that allow them to thrive on stress. BODYWATCH explores how these qualities can be cultivated by others who wither in the face of stress. Viewers also discover that it's the little hassles of life that really do kill, not the major crises.
