Based on some intriguing theories about dreams, psychologists are beginning to use dream therapy to strike a mental balance in their patients' waking lives. Other experts suggest that patients may be able to direct their subconscious minds through "power dreaming" or "lucid dreaming." BODYWATCH looks at this hidden world and what clues it holds for mental health.
