Reebok-Adidas Today, German sporting goods maker Adidas announced that it was purchasing Canton-based Reebok in a $3.8B deal. Under the deal, which is subject to SEC and shareholder approval, Adidas will pay $59 for Reebok shares, a 34% premium.
