- Program Description
An unsophisticated adolescent's case of puppy love becomes a family affair. Peter Firth (star of stage version of Equus) plays an 18 year-old who thinks he's in love with the 26 year-old postmistress. To achieve contact, he goes to the post office every day to buy a ha'penny stamp. The postmistress decides to humor him and then introduces him to her younger sister, with comic complications.
