BODYWATCH separates fact from fiction about this much touted trace mineral, examining the growing popularity of calcium supplements which claim to prevent osteoporosis. The program also explores how other factors, such as hormones and exercise, can play a key role in adding strength to bones. Also, a look at other trace minerals and bone-strengthening exercises.
