10/28/91: Both Boston mayoral candidates, Raymond Flynn and Edward Doherty, were offered individual half-hour interviews with Christopher Lydon. Flynn declined so only Doherty appeared. 11/3/91: Flynn and Doherty offered 15 minutes of free time to speak directly to the electorate CONTINGENT ON PARTICIPATION in previous program. Because Flynn declined, only Doherty given airtime.
