Peggy Cappy's latest special focuses on easing pain through yoga. Cappy will explain and demonstrate why yoga can effectively alleviate the pain in painful joints; further reinforcing the value of incorporating yoga as part of daily living. We will also track 5 or 6 of Peggy's students to see first hand how her program has affected the quality of their lives.
Joint pain is the major complaint of millions of individuals who suffer from arthritis, who’ve injured themselves or who perform jobs that require some form of repetitive action. All joint pain sufferers share a common observation: the real pain of joint pain is that it is unrelenting. According to yoga expert Peggy Cappy, yoga can be a great first line of defense. In this new program, she demonstrates how yoga can increase flexibility, reduce joint and muscular aches and pains and even combat fatigue.
