Program Description

Broadcast: Oct. 16- Nov. 27, 1988 Story dissects the life of Magnus Pym, a man shaped from his early years with his charming scoundrel of a father Rick. Rick is a con man in a grand style who raises his son in a strange world of fancy cars, country mansions and petty criminals. Magnus learns to use his charm to maximum effect to become a willing accomplice in many of his father's fraudulent schemes. Rick's fortunes rise and fall, and Magnus later finds a parallel career as part of the British intelligence service.
