- Program Description
Both an interview of the man, as a potter and an artist, the show travels to the studio of noted Boston Potter, William Wyman to talk with him and see him at his work. William Wyman has been working as a potter in the Boston area for the last 15 years, and is most recently teaching at the Museum School. He has recently turned from pottery as conceived on the wheel to the use of clay in the slab form. With this new use of clay, William Wyman, has also looked at himself in a new way, as an artist. Wyman demonstrates on the wheel shaping several bowls and building a slab shaped form.
