- Program Description
Nora Helmer commits forgery in order to save her husband's life and desperately tries to find a way out of her dilemma without her husband's knowledge. When he learns of her act and reacts selfishly, Nora comes to realize that, after eight years of marriage, Torvald has never thought of her as a human being but merely as an object. Nora determines to leave her marriage and become a person in her own right.
