Finneran Indictment Former House Speaker Tom Finneran appeared in federal court to face three counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice in connection with statements he made under oath concerning his involvement with a legislative redistricting plan. Holocaust Restitution George Bachrach and his siblings have filed for restitution from Austria and Switzerland bank accounts in an effort to get back some of the money that was taken away from his family by the Nazis in WWII.
