- Program Description
Aside from the more traditional injuries, sports medicine specialists increasingly find many children suffer from "micro traumas" -- unseen injuries that become chronic. Others worry about the psychological impact of early athletic pressure on children. BODYWATCH looks at the kinds of physical and mental problems that plague some child athletes and explores more relaxed, less-hazardous ways for kids to have fun and get in shape.
