Theodore Roosevelt was a cowboy, soldier, explorer, scientist, world authority on large mammals and small birds, prolific author of books and letters, and president of the United States by the time he was 42. This two-part series reveals both the personal and professional sides of Roosevelt's life and shows how events in both shaped him and how he, in turn, shaped the course of American history.
