Program Description

He’s the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, some call him the second most powerful man in the country. But in this special hour-long portrait, he’s Tip, Tip O’Neill, outfitted with a wireless microphone and allowing WGBH cameras to follow him around in work and play for an unusual look at a powerful man.
