Now in private medical practice, Doyle (Charles Edwards) is baffled by the case of Heather Grace (Katie Blake), a beautiful young woman who hallucinates being pursued by a masked cyclist. The pursuer turns out to be real. And so is the string of murders connected to a gruesome incident in the Boer War.
