Program Description

In 1964, a daring movement called the Mississippi Voter Registration Project brought a revolution to the Magnolia State. This program is the story of how a dedicated group of individuals -- both black and white -- challenged some of the most powerful political forces in the country and changed Mississippi politics forever.
