The Boston-based Victory Garden (w/ Roger Swain) is located at a private residence; Victory Garden South is at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia; Victory Garden West is at Roger's Garden Center in Corona del Mar, California. "THE VICTORY GARDEN" ONCE AGAIN COMBINES INFORMATIVE "HOW-TO" GARDENING TIPS AND DEMONSTRATIONS WITH FEATURES ON AMERICAN AND INTERNATIONAL GARDENS AND GARDENERS. FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, "THE VICTORY GARDEN" WILL EXPLORE THE ART OF "GARDENING IN MINIATURE" AND TAKE A LOOK AT CREATIVE CONTAINER GARDENING AROUND THE COUNTRY. HOST BOB THOMSON IS JOINED BY JIM WILSON AT VICTORY GARDEN SOUTH, CALLAWAY GARDENS, PINE MOUNTAIN, GEORGIA; BOB SMAUS AT VICTORY GARDEN WEST, ROGERS' GARDENS, NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA; ROGER SWAIN, SCIENCE EDITOR OF "HORTICULTURE" MAGAZINE; AND RESIDENT CHEF MARIAN MORASH.

In this episode, Peter visits the Hawaii Botanical Gardens, Roger trims trees and pulls spring vegetables and Marian prepares Parsnip and macadamia nuts.
