- Program Description
Despite a U.S. arms embargo since 1964, and a United Nations embargo since 1977 - shipments which plainly violate both embargoes make their way to South Africa from an American defense contractor. Involved in one way or another are the governments of Canada, Great Britain and the United States. This program follows the voyage of a cargo ship taking an arms shipment to Cape Town.
