International gardening correspondent, Peter Seabrook visits Australia's garden city, Toowoomba. There, he meets the extraordinary Ben Mundey who has created several prize winning gardens for this Garden City using beautiful combinations of stones, water and plants. Later, he catches up with Chef Marian on the Gold Coast, on the menu today - marinated crocodile. Plant of the Week - Pieris japonica Program highlight: Peter Seabrook and Chef Marian discover the gardening and culinary delights of Australia.
