Program Description

Theme: Made in the shade Many folks think gardening's all over as fall approaches, but The Victory Garden's gardener Kip Anderson is on hand to tell us why this time is one of the best in the home garden as we tour our own Victory Garden for an overview. Then, guest Sharon Lovejoy joins us for a primer on encouraging wildlife in the garden — her easy weekend projects will help you create habitats for garden-friendly critters. Chefs Jack and Rocco Collucci are on hand to create the perfect marinara from all of those tomatoes you're sure to have on hand this time of year.
