Program Description

A seven-person international team attempts to traverse the 29,000-foot summit of Mt. Everest in two giant balloons in this 1986 aerial expedition, intimately documented by renowned adventure cinematographer Leo Dickinson. Although falling short of their goal, the group sets an alpine ballooning record.
